Thanks for the compliments. Regarding the ways to de-stress, fishing and the beach are two of my favorites. Actually, writing, when I get in the “zone”, is great. Relaxing mornings in bed, inducing dreams, is good. Of course, if you create a life that does not generate excess negative stress, you are way ahead.
It should be noted that one of the main components in my training program is a course in stress management. It is essential for people who have become overweight.
