In 35 years, with thousands of clients and readers applying my method, every single person, 100%, has been successful losing weight and keeping it off when they have followed the method to create caloric deficits as directed, and manage caloric intake as directed.

Certainly, energy is used in digesting food, and not everyone’s body operates in exactly the same way, but to deny that the body uses food as fuel like a car uses gas as fuel because of minute inconsequential details is silly. You fail to grasp the value of understanding the big picture in your focus on minutiae. To talk of the analogy as dangerous is absurd.
